A Maths Graduate is needed in a Coeducational Secondary School in East London.
Employment for this Maths Graduate role will be full time and long term.
If appointed as a Maths Graduate you will be required to tutor KS3 and KS4 Maths, in line with the National Curriculum.
Working days for this Maths Graduate position will consist of six 1 hour sessions, tutoring 1 to 3 pupils at a time.
The rates of pay for this Maths Graduate position will be between £72 to £120 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
The School
There is currently no Ofsted rating for the school, as it has only recently opened.
A heavy focus is placed on Grammar at the school.
Students are entered in to GCSE and EPQ qualifications. From Year 7 to Year 11, all pupils learn the 3 Core Sciences, English, Maths, Ethics and Sports.
At 6th Form level, all pupils must take up a Maths and Science course. They must then choose two more subjects from Philosophy, Economics, Humanities, Latin, English Literature or Art. The reason for this is because the school wants to produce future scientists, medics and engineers.
Currently the school is split across two different sites that fall in two neighbouring boroughs, with one acting as the main site for lower school and the other acting as the upper school site.
