Maths Teacher (Prep School)
A position for a Maths Teacher (Prep School) has become available for January 2020 at a prep school in Kensington & Chelsea. The post is suitable for both NQTs and experienced candidates. The role will involve delivering KS3 Maths lessons. The school has excellent behaviour across the school, ensuring that teachers can spend the majority of their time ensuring that the children make sustained progress. The school has excellent support and development opportunities in place for all its staff.
The school is looking to appoint a Maths Teacher (Prep School) for a January start on a full-time basis. The post for this Maths Teacher (Prep School) role on a timesheet basis for two terms.
Candidates must have strong personal qualifications, with a 2:1 in a relevant subject from a good University and at least a B in Maths at A Level.
The daily pay rate will be dependent on the experiences and qualifications of each candidate.
Requirements
Applications are welcome from teachers at any stage in their career including NQT's as well both British trained and overseas trained Maths Teachers.
As a minimum requirement, all applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Maths Teacher:
- UK QTS, PGCE or overseas equivalent
- 2:1 in a relevant subject from a good University
- B in Maths at A Level
- Right to work unhindered in the UK
- Experienced and knowledge of teaching the UK National Curriculum
