💰 Daily Rate: £150 - £210 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and committed MFL Teacher to join a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in the Portsmouth area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MFL Teacher or an ECT looking to begin their career in a supportive and dynamic department.
The successful MFL Teacher will ideally specialise in Spanish and French, and will be part of a high-performing team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding language education.
Key Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher Role:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Spanish and/or French
- Inspire students to develop a love for languages and achieve academic success
- Use assessment data to inform planning and track progress
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and develop resources
- Uphold high standards of behaviour and classroom management
What We're Looking For in an MFL Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialism in Spanish and/or French
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for language teaching
- Experience working as an MFL Teacher in a UK secondary school (or strong placement experience for ECTs)
- A team player who contributes positively to school life
- An MFL Teacher who stays up to date with current pedagogy and curriculum developments
