Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Full-Time Early Years Level 3 (or higher) Teaching Assistant to join an independent school in Putney. This role involves providing essential support in a nursery setting, contributing to the positive learning experiences of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities for nursery-aged children.
- Support the class teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Provide 1:1 and group support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or higher.
- Previous experience as a Nursery Assistant is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the developmental needs of early years children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
