Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant

A welcoming and well-established primary school in New Addington is seeking to appoint a Level 3 qualified Nursery Teaching Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis from September.
Due to EYFS statutory staffing ratio requirements, a Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential for this role. The school is looking for a confident and knowledgeable practitioner who can contribute meaningfully to planning, provision and pupil progress within the Nursery setting.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Have proven experience working within a Nursery or Early Years environment
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
Support high-quality, play-based and adult-led learning
Be confident supporting children's social, emotional and language development
Assist with personal care where required
Work collaboratively within a structured Early Years team
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
Have up-to-date safeguarding training or be willing to complete this
