Are you an experienced Nursery Nurse looking for a new role? Are you confident supporting Early Years students within a mainstream class setting?
REESON Education is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Nurse a fabulous Team in one of our Central Islington partner schools. The role will be on an ongoing supply basis starting as soon as possible until the end of the school year in July. For the right candidate, there may be the possibility of being asked to return to the school for a second year in September 2021.
As a Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting the students integration into the school and learning environment. You will supervise lunch and play breaks alongside preparing lesson times to ensure every child reaches their full potential. You will also meet regularly with the SENDCO, Class Teacher and parents to discuss progress and plans of action to support improvement if needed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's UK experience as an Teaching Assistant/Nursery Nurse either in a SEND or mainstream school setting. The school is also keen to hear from recent Graduates who may have relevant voluntary work experience and who are interested in pursuing a career within education.
Successful applicants must be able to provide 2 recent, education based references as well as have a current, in date enhanced DBS check.
Paid trial days can be arranged in the coming weeks for successful applicants and rates of pay can be negotiated based on experience.
