Nursery Practitioner Level 3 - Harrow
Location: Harrow

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Contract: Term Time Only

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our friendly and supportive early years team this November.

If you're passionate about giving young children the best start in life and love creating a warm, engaging learning environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing as a Nursery Practitioner:

  • Creating a safe, happy, and stimulating space where children feel valued and confident to explore.

  • Planning and leading fun, creative activities that follow the EYFS framework.

  • Observing, recording, and supporting each child's individual progress.

  • Acting as a key person to a small group of children, building strong and trusting relationships with them and their families.

  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of care and education.

  • Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare procedures are always followed.

What We're Looking For in a Nursery Practitioner:

  • A CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare/Early Years.

  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting coupled with a caring, compassionate nature.

  • A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

  • Someone passionate about helping children learn through play.

  • A positive, proactive team player with great communication and organisational skills.
