Early Years Worker / Room Leader - Croydon | Full Time | ASAP & Future Starts
Setting: Nursery / EYFS provision within a mainstream environment
Reeson Education are seeking experienced Early Years Workers and Room Leaders to join a well-regarded Early Years setting in Croydon. These are full-time, long-term roles with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
The Role:
Working within Nursery or Reception (EYFS) supporting children aged 0-5
Leading or assisting with your designated room, depending on experience
Delivering high-quality, child-centred activities following the EYFS framework
Supporting children's learning, play, social development and wellbeing
Building strong relationships with children, staff and parents
Ensuring safeguarding standards and health & safety procedures are maintained
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Strong experience working within Nursery or EYFS
Confident leading a room (for Room Leader applicants)
Warm, caring and dependable with a passion for early childhood development
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
