The PMLD TA Job:
Reeson Education are currently looking for confident PMLD TA to work within our client schools across London. We are seeking PMLD TA's who are currently looking for long term and permanent roles for a September 2020 start. The PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) TA should have prior experience working with children who have physical difficulties as well as other learning difficulties. The TA will be working with children who require personal care so a background in health care would be ideal.
The School:
Our client schools are situated across all boroughs of London and have fantastic transport links. These Ofsted rated, good to outstanding schools have fantastic facilities and resources for both students and staff. These client schools don't follow the national curriculum and focus on the individual needs of the child such as physical, medical and personal development.
The Ideal Applicant:
We are looking for PMLD TA's who are highly confident, resilient, committed, driven and passionate for September 2020. As this vacancy is a September start, it is key for any new member of staff that joins the school that a smooth transition takes place, in order to create minimal disruption for the students and staff.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with complex needs in either a mainstream or a special school. We need someone who is highly confident in supporting students with complex needs.
