REESON Education is recruiting for an enthusiastic and flexible PPA Teacher on behalf of a successful Central West London Primary School. The role will be on an ongoing supply basis from January until the end of the year in July. Though this is a supply role initially, the school do have openings for Permanent Roles in September 2022 for strong candidates looking to take on additional responsibility.
As a PPA Teacher you will be working across the school from Nursery - Year 6; delivering pre-planned lessons across all subjects. You must be adaptable, confident and able to manage behaviour of different ages effectively without support. You must be comfortable managing TAs and reporting back to Class Teachers and parents on any incidents that may occur throughout the day.
Behaviour across the school is of a good standard, as is academic progress. That said, a successful PPA Teacher will be integral in maintaining these high standards and must be able to follow school policies quickly and effectively.
The ideal PPA Teacher candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's UK experience as a PPA or Intervention Teacher. Applications from experienced Class Teachers looking to take on less responsibility will also be considered.
Successful applicants must be able to provide 2 recent, education based references as well as have a current, in date enhanced DBS check.
Paid trial days can be arranged in the coming weeks for successful applicants and rates of pay can be negotiated based on experience. With PPA Teacher jobs being so desirable, this role will go quickly so please send your CV as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
