PPA Teacher
A dynamic and inclusive primary school in Wandsworth is seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time PPA Teacher (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) to join their team starting in June 2023. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the education and development of students across different year groups.
As a Part-Time PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for covering classes and providing support to teachers during their non-contact time. You will deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the school's curriculum, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. Additionally, you will assess student progress, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall educational experience of the students.
The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching across different year groups within a primary school setting. You will have a strong understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for collaborating with colleagues and maintaining a smooth transition between classes.
This is a part-time position, providing flexibility for the successful candidate. The exact working days and hours will be discussed during the recruitment process, but usually 8am-4pm
PPA Teacher Requirements:
