Premises Manager

Reeson Education is currently working with a lovely primary school based in Harrow who seek to appoint a premises manager to start as soon as possible.
This role does not necessarily require any qualifications however you must be able to demonstrate a history of working within maintenance.
Any additional training in fire safety, COSHH training, manual handling and electrical safety would be a bonus.
About this role:
- The role will require you to use your initiative, work well under pressure, be flexible and have a problem solving approach.
- Suitable applicants will be skilled and experienced in DIY and have good practical and general maintenance skills.
- We are looking for someone who really enjoys working with people, sets high standards and takes pride in their work.
- The Site Manager will be proactive and responsible for the maintenance and good working order of the school.
