The Prep School Maths PPA Teacher
The ideal Maths PPA Teacher will have recent experience teaching Maths in Key Stage 2, 11+ experience is preferable but not essential. Average sized classes of up to 14 children. Classes are supported by a teaching assistant. The role would involve teaching KS2 Maths in the am on some days, and PPA on the other days. Dedicated daily PPA time is allocated for this Class Teacher position. There is also room for career development within the school.
To be considered for this Prep School KS2 Teacher position you need to
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Qualified teacher status
- Provide 2 years' worth of reference
Requirements;
- Formal Teaching Qualification (QTS)
- PGCE, B.Ed. or recognised equivalent
- Previous KS2 Maths Experience.
- Be able to provide 2 teaching related references
