The Role
The successful Primary Class Teacher will take full responsibility for a class and play an active role within a collaborative year group team.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
Creating a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Working closely with colleagues to share planning and best practice
Year group allocation will be based on the experience and strengths of the successful candidate.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is seeking a Primary Class Teacher who:
Holds QTS and has recent UK primary teaching experience
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge across the curriculum
Has high expectations for behaviour, presentation and pupil progress
Works well within a collaborative teaching team
Experience teaching within Inner London schools would be highly advantageous.
