Role; Primary Intervention Teacher

Reeson Education are working with an OFSTED rated "GOOD" mainstream primary school based in Haringey
The headmaster of this lovely primary school is currently looking to onboard an experienced primary intervention teacher to be part of their ever-growing team
The ideal primary intervention teacher will need to have previous experience of the role in order to hit the ground running.
The role start date is 17th of April 2023 and the school is looking to hold classroom observation and interview before the Christmas break in order to secure someone for the role
As a primary intervention teacher your responsibilities will:
- Be responsible for the learning and achievement of pupils ensuring equality of opportunity for all
- Be responsible and accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct
- Treat pupils with dignity, building relationships rooted in mutual respect, and at all times observing proper boundaries appropriate to a teacher's professional position
- Work proactively and effectively in collaboration and partnership with learners, parents/carers, governors, other staff and external agencies in the best interests of pupils
- Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
As a primary intervention teacher you will:
- Deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age and ability group/subject/s that you teach
- Be responsible for the preparation and development of teaching materials, teaching programmes and pastoral arrangements as appropriate
- Be accountable for the attainment, progress and outcomes of pupils' you teach
