Primary Recruitment Resourcer Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruitment consultants to understand school requirements and teacher / teaching assistant profiles.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment interviews.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate candidate database.
- Support in coordinating interviews and placements for teaching roles.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both candidates and schools.
Primary Recruitment Resourcer Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in education, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the education sector and the primary curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
