Hours: 8 - 4pm
I am recruiting for Primary School Admin to work in a really lovely OFSTED rated 'Good' school. The school are looking for a friendly and welcoming person to provide a professional and effective admin support service to the school. They would like a bubbly, polite and friendly Primary School Admin who is happy to be front of house for the school and undertake admin tasks as well as support the office manager.
Duties will include the following:
- Provide support to the Office Manager and SLT
- To arrange meetings with parents and other individuals as requested
- Greet visitors and arrange / liaise with outside agencies as directed
- Maintain the necessary degree of confidentiality at all times
- Deal with front line enquiries from staff, visitors, parents and pupils by phone or email's
- Knowledge of Integris and SIM's systems is desirable but not essential
