Primary School Teacher
An Ofsted rated 'outstanding' primary school, in Streatham, are looking for a KS2 Primary School Teacher. This is a wonderful opportunity, for an experienced Primary School teacher with at least a year's experience. You will be working with a small year 6 class (24 pupils); The class also has a TA who provides additional support. The school is well located just walking distance from Streatham Hill Station. The role will begin after half term and run until the end of this academic year: July 2023.
While KS2 experience is essential, the school are however open to ECTs/NQTS.
What the job requires:
- Valid QTS
- One year's teaching experience
- Good knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
- Enthusiastic and adaptable approach to work
- Happy to take on marking and lesson planning after Christmas
- Up to date DBS or be willing to process a new one
- NQT and ECT accepted
- Desirable:
- able to use support staff affectively
- previous year 6 teaching experience
