Primary School Teacher
Reeson Education is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a reputable primary school in Sydenham starting in September 2023. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary on the MPS pay scale and TLR offered.
Primary School Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons for Year 2 pupils
- Develop and maintain a positive learning environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of all pupils
- Assess and monitor pupils' progress and use this information to inform future lesson plans
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related events
Primary School Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly in Year 2
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive school culture
- Available full time (Monday to Friday)
