Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
- Support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- QTS
- Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
- In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
- Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
- A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
