Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Class Leadership: Take charge of a Year 3 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and foster student development.
- Curriculum Alignment: Develop lesson plans, resources, and assessments tailored to the needs and abilities of Year 3 students, ensuring progression and attainment.
- Student Support: Provide academic and pastoral support to students, nurturing their individual growth and well-being while fostering a positive classroom culture.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student learning and maintain effective communication channels.
Primary School Teacher Requirements:
- Teaching Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant experience teaching in primary education, ideally within Key Stage 2.
- Curriculum Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and possess the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons that meet curriculum objectives.
- Pedagogical Expertise: Showcase excellent classroom management skills, differentiated teaching methods, and a commitment to student-centered learning.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
