  • A willingness to uphold and promote the school's Christian values and ethos.
  • An Enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.

Primary School Teacher Benefits:

  • Competitive remuneration package reflecting the importance of the role and the experience of the successful candidate.
  • Membership in a pension scheme.
  • School fee remission for children of staff.
  • Private health cover for the successful candidate and their immediate family.

Commitment to Safeguarding: The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including enhanced DBS clearance, identity checks, qualification checks, and employment checks, which include an exploration of any gaps in employment and obtaining two satisfactory references.

Values and Vision: The school believes in understanding each pupil as an individual, supporting their unique strengths and needs, and providing personalised learning to suit each child's character. Small class sizes ensure that each student receives the attention they need to succeed. The school values joy, nurture, success, and strong relationships, fostering an environment where children can learn at an incremental and attainable pace, free from pressure.
