A high-performing and forward-thinking primary school in Earlsfield is seeking to appoint a talented and ambitious Year 3 Class Teacher on a full-time, permanent basis from September.
This role offers the opportunity to join a well-structured Key Stage 2 team within a school that combines strong academic expectations with a nurturing, inclusive ethos. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition into lower KS2, ensuring secure foundations in core subjects while promoting independence and curiosity.
For candidates with subject leadership experience or aspirations, there may be a TLR available, dependent on experience and school need.
The school is looking for a teacher who:
Holds QTS and has successful experience teaching within a UK primary setting
Has strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment expectations
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and high expectations for behaviour
Delivers engaging, well-sequenced and differentiated lessons
Is reflective, proactive and keen to contribute to whole-school development
Shows commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
