You will lead and manage our SEN provision, working closely with teachers, parents and external agencies to create personalised learning plans for our students with SEN. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing students with SEN, and ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to provide effective support.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about SEN, and who has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN and their families. You will have a proven track record of working with students with SEN, and be able to demonstrate your ability to create and implement effective support plans.
