A welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Richmond is seeking an enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team from after February half term. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a well-behaved, motivated KS2 class in a supportive and collaborative school environment.
The Role
Full-time Year 5 class teacher position
Planning and delivering engaging, challenging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Supporting pupils' academic progress and personal development
Working closely with experienced teaching assistants and KS2 phase leaders
Contributing positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
Holds UK QTS
Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 5 experience desirable but not essential)
Strong understanding of upper KS2 curriculum and assessment
Confident, positive classroom presence
Committed, reliable and a strong team player
