For this Lambeth ASD/ SEMH Primary Teacher post you will be required to teach class sizes of 8 and all students that have very challenging behaviour and you will face different challenges throughout the day. On the other hand this role is very rewarding and can offer progression for somebody looking for a step up in their career. Additionally for the most part all planning will be provided for you and you will be able to focus on delivering lessons and building rapport instead of paperwork. You must have very strong behaviour management skills as all students present varied levels of challenging behaviour.
This role would bring additional responsibilities in terms of learning and assessment as well as supporting other teachers
