We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Early Years Teacher at our welcoming primary school in Hammersmith. This is a permanent position, starting in April 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Early Years students.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports each child's unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff to create a positive and inclusive school community.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Implement a creative and varied curriculum to enhance children's social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience and passion for teaching Early Years students.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
