Job Title: Primary School Teacher
Location: Westminster, London
Start Date: April 2024
Reeson education are working with a well know and established Primary school, based in the heart of London. This friendly and supportive senior leadership team are looking to welcome an experienced and confident primary teacher for at least 1 year. This role will start as a maternity contract and will open doors within the school and trust for a permanent opportunity in January 2025.
This OFSTED rarted 'good' school is 2 form entry and collabarative working and lesson planning is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for primary school students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive learning environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
