Overview:

* Year 5 Teacher

* Middle Leadership opportunity

* £40,138 - £56,959 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

* Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons to Year 5 students and understands the importance of the whole curriculum

* Leadership: Assume responsibility for a designated area within the school, leading initiatives to drive improvement and innovation.

* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment.

* Data Analysis: Use data effectively to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions.

* Parental Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents and carers, fostering a strong home-school partnership.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognized teaching qualification with QTS.

* Experience: Have proven experience as a successful KS2 Teacher with a track record of raising standards.

* Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to take on additional responsibilities within a middle leadership role.

* Innovation: Bring creative and innovative ideas to contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.

* Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.
