About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Teach a Year 3 class following the national curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.
Assess, record, and monitor pupil progress effectively.
Work collaboratively with the parallel Year 3 teacher to share planning and ideas.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and achievement.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
Strong organisational and classroom management skills.
Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development.
