About the Role
A welcoming one-form entry primary school in Greenwich is looking to appoint an inspiring Primary Teacher to lead their Year 1 class from January 2026. The school seeks a Primary Teacher who can deliver high-quality phonics teaching, build strong routines, and create a warm, engaging KS1 learning environment.
This position is ideal for a Primary Teacher who enjoys early-childhood practice and the transition from Reception to KS1.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is seeking a Primary Teacher who:
Holds QTS and has KS1 experience
Can deliver strong phonics and early literacy teaching
Has excellent behaviour management and organisational skills
Works effectively within a small, collaborative staff team
