Primary Teacher - Full-Time, Long-Term - M11

Location: Manchester, M11
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: £130-£205 per day (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Long-term, ongoing

Reeson Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a supportive school in the M11 area. This is a fantastic full-time, long-term opportunity for a Primary Teacher who is passionate about creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children in EYFS (Nursery and Reception).

As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons, support children's learning and development, and promote early years' best practice. The successful candidate will have experience teaching across Nursery and Reception, inspiring curiosity, independence, and confidence.

Primary Teacher - Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver stimulating and inclusive EYFS lessons as a Primary Teacher
* Support children's development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment as a Primary Teacher
* Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's learning journey
* Lead small groups and provide targeted support where needed
* Encourage children's confidence, curiosity, and independence in the classroom
* Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing within the EYFS setting
* Support school initiatives and contribute to curriculum planning
* Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

Primary Teacher - Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience as a Primary Teacher
* Proven experience teaching in EYFS, Nursery, or Reception
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best early years' practice
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* Passionate about early years education and child development as a Primary Teacher
* Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
