Primary Teacher - Year 5 (March-July 2026)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 5 Primary Teacher to join a lovely, welcoming primary school in Southwark from March to July 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 2-form entry school with a supportive team and a positive, community-focused environment.
The Role:
Full-time Year 5 class teacher
Class size of 30 pupils
Great behaviour and a strong learning culture
Lessons are pre-planned - you will only need to adapt and tweak them to suit your class
Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across the curriculum
Work collaboratively with your parallel Year 5 teacher and supportive SLT

The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 5 experience desirable)
Strong classroom management skills
Enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to high standards
This role would suit an experienced teacher or a confident ECT looking to gain valuable KS2 experience in a supportive setting.
