Phase Leader - KS1 Duties:
The Phase Leader will oversee curriculum, planning, and outcomes for Years 1 and 2.
As a Phase Leader, you will mentor other Primary Teachers in your phase.
The Phase Leader will teach their own class while managing the broader KS1 strategy.
The Phase Leader is a vital member of the middle leadership team.
The Phase Leader will coordinate with SLT on school improvement planning.
There are clear leadership pathways for the Phase Leader within this school.
Supportive senior leaders will mentor the Phase Leader through regular CPD.
This Phase Leader role offers additional TLR responsibilities and pay.
