Essential Criteria for the Primary Teacher Role
To be considered for this Primary Teacher position, candidates must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
- Demonstrate a secure understanding of the national curriculum.
- Show evidence of effective classroom management and behaviour strategies.
- Be able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
- Use assessment to inform teaching and support pupil progress.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be reflective, resilient, and passionate about making a difference.
