Essential Criteria for the Primary Teacher Role

To be considered for this Primary Teacher position, candidates must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
  • Demonstrate a secure understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Show evidence of effective classroom management and behaviour strategies.
  • Be able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
  • Use assessment to inform teaching and support pupil progress.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be reflective, resilient, and passionate about making a difference.
