  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents as a Primary Teacher
  • Assess progress and adjust teaching to ensure high outcomes
  • Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment as a Primary Teacher
  • Support the wider school through collaboration, planning, and creativity
  • Participate in CPD and contribute to a thriving team of Primary Teachers
  • Provide high-quality marking and feedback to support progress
  • Use effective behaviour strategies as a consistent Primary Teacher
  • Reflect on practice and seek continuous improvement as a Primary Teacher

Primary Teacher - What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in KS2 as a Primary Teacher
  • A confident, reflective, and flexible classroom practitioner
  • Strong curriculum knowledge and an engaging teaching style
  • A genuine passion for teaching and learning as a Primary Teacher
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing
  • Full-time availability from September
  • A proactive, professional attitude with a love for teaching
