Primary Teacher - Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons as a Primary Teacher in KS2
- Differentiate effectively to meet a range of learning styles and needs
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents as a Primary Teacher
- Assess progress and adjust teaching to ensure high outcomes
- Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment as a Primary Teacher
- Support the wider school through collaboration, planning, and creativity
- Participate in CPD and contribute to a thriving team of Primary Teachers
- Provide high-quality marking and feedback to support progress
- Use effective behaviour strategies as a consistent Primary Teacher
- Reflect on practice and seek continuous improvement as a Primary Teacher
Primary Teacher - What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in KS2 as a Primary Teacher
- A confident, reflective, and flexible classroom practitioner
- Strong curriculum knowledge and an engaging teaching style
- A genuine passion for teaching and learning as a Primary Teacher
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing
- Full-time availability from September
- A proactive, professional attitude with a love for teaching
