An all through central London school are looking to appoint 2 x Teaching asistants in their Year 3 year group from after the October half term 2019.
This role is full time and working alongside an experiecned Year 3 class teacher. The head is looking to appoint a hard working graduate looking to persue a career in Education or an experienced TA who is looking for a long term commited role. The role is working 8-4pm daily on a competitive daily rate. There is potential for those looking for schools direct from September 2020 to go through the school.

**NVQ3 or Graduate Degree
The ideal candidate will be able to work within Key Stage Two. The role would be delivering intervention and support eg. RWI catch-up, Success at Arithmetic, plus putting up displays of a very high standard, pastoral support, behaviour management, SEN, and the right candidate will need to be fluent in English, with plenty of initiative and drive.
It is essential that you meet the following criteria:-
- Have previous experience within a similar role
- Are degree or NVQ educated
- Have excellent spoken and written English
- Strong level of behaviour management
- Excellent communication skills
