REESON Education are working with an excellent Central NW London Primary school looking to secure a Reception Class Teacher from September 2020. The school is based a short distance from Hampstead station offering excellent transport links and a fantastic bars, cafes.

The successful EYFS Primary Teacher must be dedicated to having a positive impact on EYFS children in their care. You will be required to provide the highest level of care and education in either Nursery or Reception. You will be working with a large and successful team of practitioners, teachers and Nursery nurses.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Permanent role to start from September 2020
  • QTS Essential
  • Nursery and Reception Teaching experience desirable (not essential)
  • NQTs & Experienced Teachers welcome to apply

To raise achievement and outcomes of pupils by:

Providing an outstanding role model in:

  • Classroom organisation, classroom displays and promoting independence.
  • Standards achieved by children.
  • Planning and teaching, using a wide range of appropriate teaching and learning styles indoors and outdoors.
  • Differentiating work to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assessment and recording of pupil's progress.

Curriculum Support:

To raise achievement and outcomes of pupils by:

  1. Having a detailed and thorough knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum (and some knowledge of the KS1 Curriculum), in order to support staff. This includes mentoring NQTs and teachers who need support in developing aspects of their practice.
  2. Having a detailed and thorough knowledge of Early Years Assessment procedures and guidance (and some knowledge of the KS1 Assessment procedures), in order to support staff.
  3. Being a role model for subject leadership, supporting other staff in their role as Subject Leaders, sharing best practise.
