Reeson Education are recruiting on behalf of a popular, OFSTED 'Good' community school located in central Hackney. The school are looking for an experienced Early Years Teacher to take on a maternity cover contract, starting as soon as possible until July 2020.
The successful candidate will take on a Nursery Class, with approximately 15 children per session split across the morning and afternoon. The focus of the Nursery is to encourage all children to enjoy their time at school, and look forward to starting Reception the following year. As such, applicants must demonstrate a genuine passion for education themselves, and have a proven track record of planning engaging lessons and activities for children in the Early Years Foundation stage.
The school is conveniently located a short walk away from a busy London Overground station, with Liverpool Street only 15 minutes away via train. Parking is also available on site for candidates who would wish to drive to work.
A 2 form entry school; the staff are a close knit team and as such, the successful candidate will need to enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently. Senior Leaders at the school value staff and promote a supportive ethos and a healthy work-life balance.
