A Receptionist is needed in a new mixed Secondary School in North West London.

This Receptionist post will be full time and long term/permanent.

Working hours will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The main responsibilities for this Receptionist role will include but no be limited to:

  • Being the first point of contact on site for staff, pupils, parents and all external visitors
  • Directing incoming calls accordingly to the relevant staff members and departments
  • Performing administrative duties in regard to logging important calls and emails

Previous experience as a Receptionist in a school or of using Bromcom will be preferred but is not essential.

The rates of pay for this Receptionist position will be between £72 to £110 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

A new school for pupils in Year 7 to Year 12.

Requirements

This is a great opportunity for a recent Graduate or experienced Receptionist.

  • Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
  • Experience as a Receptionist in UK schools
