Science Teacher

A position for a full time Science Teacher has become available at an impressive school in North London.

If you hold QTS, have experience of teaching Science and are currently seeking an opportunity to progress as a Science Teacher, this is the role for you.

Science is a popular subject for pupils at GCSE, making this a great post for a dedicated and keen Science Teacher.

As a Science Teacher at the school, you will be responsible for teaching KS3 - 4 (possibly 5 if interested).

The appointed Science Teacher will have one class for each year group, Year 7-11 Combined Science.

Science is taught in line with AQA for GCSE and A Level.

The post is suitable for both NQTs and experienced candidates. The school is seeking to appoint a Science Teacher for September.

This will be a permanent position as a Science Teacher, teaching in line with the UK National Curriculum from Key Stage 3 to 5.

The salary for this Science Teacher position will range from £28355 to £44541, depending on the qualifications and experience of each candidate.

School Information

A mixed non-selective all through school based in North London. Many of the pupils go onto university to study a variety of subjects.

The school has a large Science Department, with 12 teachers who are warm, stable and supportive.

There is lots of CPD available, coaching support for Lead Teachers, established Programmes of Students and Schemes of Work in place.

Requirements
