As an SEMH Outreach Teacher in West Drayton, you will work closely with students immediately following exclusion, providing tailored support through home-based or community-based education. The Role - SEMH Outreach Teacher
Working as an SEMH Outreach Teacher supporting students during the 6-day post-exclusion period
Delivering 1:1 tuition in home or community settings across West Drayton
Acting as a pastoral mentor and behaviour mentor to support emotional regulation
Managing a caseload as an SEMH Outreach Teacher, tracking progress and engagement
Supporting a smooth transition back into education within the West Drayton PRU setting
Building strong relationships with students, families, and the school

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this SEMH Outreach Teacher role
Experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour
