Reeson Education are currently looking for confident and reliable graduates, who are interested in getting into the education sector. Prior experience is preferred but this is not essential. As a company we are able to provide online quality training, in order to get you "ready for school". As a Teaching Assistant you may be working with children on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. You will be looking to help promote confidence within the students and help them to communicate effectively with other students. Working as an SEN TA, your role may differ depending on the needs of the child whether this is Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and or other special needs. Therefore, patience and attentiveness are key. Some of these children maybe non-verbal and may communicate through PECS or Makaton.
