Reeson Education are working exclusively with an SEN School in Greenwich to find an exceptional and caring SEN TA to support students with Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties.
Person Specification
For this post, you must be an assertive and caring SEN TA who has previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role. You must have the skills to confidently face challenging behaviours with a calm and collective approach. Previous experience supporting students with Autism and those who are nonverbal is essential with knowledge of PECS and Makaton. Knowledge of Sensory learning tools and a passion to engage children with complex needs.
