Your new role
You will be responsible for general day to day classroom duties as well as well as providing additional support to children with SEN. This may vary from supporting one to one as well as delivering group sessions. As well as your general duties you may also be asked to assist with further duties depending on the teacher and class needs.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar position is vital as you will be expected to go straight into a position mid-term to help improve the learning of children with SEN. A caring nature and patient manner will be key in making you the perfect candidate for this position. You will be able to demonstrate examples of how you have dealt with similar situations from previous positions.
