We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate SEN Teacher to join our OFSTED Outstanding SEN Primary School in the borough of Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT who is interested in working in a SEN School.
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons to students with a range of special educational needs. You will work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities of an SEN Teacher include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of individual students
- Working with teaching assistants to provide additional support to students
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback
- Communicating with parents and carers about student progress
- Attending meetings and training sessions as required
The successful SEN Teacher will have a passion for working with children with SEN and a commitment to ensuring that all students reach their full potential. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well as part of a team and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning.
