SEN Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons and interventions to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement personalised learning plans and support strategies.
- Monitor and track students' progress, providing ongoing assessment and feedback to support their development.
SEN Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching students with special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of various special educational needs and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Dedication to promoting inclusion and ensuring the success of all students.
