SEN Teacher Role

* Teach a small Post-16 class of PMLD students
* Deliver a sensory & engagement-based curriculum
* Support students to develop communication, independence, life and wellbeing skills
* Collaborate with TAs, therapists and specialist staff
* Track progress against EHCP outcomes & celebrate small but meaningful achievements
* Use specialist approaches such as AAC, PECS, and Makaton (training provided)
