SEN Teacher - Southwark
A community-run SEN school in Southwark is looking for a passionate SEN Teacher to join their KS3 team. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted, this school supports pupils aged 4-19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

The Role
This SEN Teacher position is ideal for an experienced specialist or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into SEN. You'll create a nurturing, inclusive environment and design individualised learning plans that promote engagement, independence, and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver personalised programmes tailored to student needs
Work closely with care plans to support development and success
Lead and collaborate with a dedicated classroom support team
Partner with therapists, psychologists, parents, and caregivers
Monitor progress and adapt strategies as an SEN Teacher in the classroom
What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of ASD and SLD
Experience in primary or early years is an advantage
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
