A school for children with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties requires a talented Teacher to join their team. The school is in the heart of East London near Stratford station and is an all age school with two sites for Primary and Secondary students. For this reason, the post requires an SEN Teacher (must have QTS/QTLS or overseas equivalent) who is able to teach a creative and engaging curriculum to children with complex needs.

The SEN Teacher post is taking a class of students with the primary diagnosis of Autism and students are Years 7 and 8. All students are verbal and working at around Key Stage 2 levels so someone with strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum. The role is hands on and requires a talented Teacher who is naturally caring, able to work as part of a team and has a can-do attitude. Responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons and sensory learning.
